PROCEDURES :

If you need a new ALLOCATION, please follow the below assigned steps:

As a new potential buyer Company, you will send a signed LOI, Company Profile and a Certificate of the Registration of the Company.

The END BUYER will write the Company Profile  on the letterhead of the company, including official address, registration number, telephone, mobile, email, fax and Name of Bank. Bank details will sent on the ICPO, after receiving the full corporate  offer

The LOI and ICPO will be signed by the CEO or the Chairman of Buyer’s Company.

NOTE:

Please note that RTE ENERGY LLC, does not produce petroleum products of any type and will reject requests that do not present the due conditions to be processed, for example the adequate information and Logistical Structure. 

The absence of acceptable, verifiable information and Logistical Structure Documentation will result in non-acceptance. 

Logistical Structure to be verified by RTE ENERGY LLC on source - security verification includes governments ports authorities

Non-legitimate logistics companies documentation and information will be conveyed to the due Entities and Authorities to be processed adequately, with no exception and as a natural part of RTE ENERGY LLC Internal Anti-Fraud Protocol
